we collect consumer health data from you, from the plans and reviews we create, and from others such as payment partners, practitioners and service providers.

we may share consumer health data with service providers that help us run tangerine health, such as providers of hosting and databases, email, error monitoring, ai models, payments, and fulfilment and shipping. we may also share it with our HSA/FSA payment partner and the licensed providers it works with, the practitioners who review plans, our professional advisers, and companies under common ownership with us. we may share it when the law requires it, and with a buyer or successor if we sell or reorganise all or part of our business.
